When will my order be shipped ?

- Your order is always shipped as soon  as I possibly can, im a one woman business so I aim to get your pieces to you as soon as possible. 
Usually I ship within 1-4 days of your order being placed 
Orders automatically include a signature on arrival for that extra care and security 

What is your return policy ? 

-Unfortunately I dont offer returns or exhanges, all purchases are final
However if you have any issues with your piece please contact me and we can work something out together 
Please make sure you check all sizes of rings etc are correct 

What are the metals made out of? 

On my shop you will ever only find stainless steel and sterling/fine silver pieces 
No nickel or zinc that turns your fingers green and gives you a reaction, just quality jewellery crafted by hand 

How to care for your pieces

-Silver pieces can get wet in the shower however if you wear them in a chlorine pool they will get damaged overtime so its best to leave them off, wearing them in salt water will cause them to turn a slight yellow colour but they can absolutely be brought back to that shining silver with a good polish 

Please also note, that while I try my absolute best to make perfect pieces I do make them by hand. This means that they will not be professional jewellery shop quality. 
I aim to provide the highest quality I can always to the pieces that I craft
